We were given another exciting challenge at the prestigious Whitehouse Beach Club by #morlanddevelopment

This particular lot came with its own set of constraints narrow, steep, and seemingly incompatible with the client's preferred unit, which was too wide for the site.

To overcome this, we crafted a custom solution by merging elements from seven different units on site while still preserving the core essence of the beloved Sundance model.

Design innovation thrives in constraint and this project is a
