No. You can work with ROZA Atelier from anywhere in the world. Our process is designed to make working remotely simple, collaborative and transparent, allowing you to move your project forward without needing to be physically present in Jamaica.

Our consultations and design meetings are held virtually through Google Meet, depending on your preference. You’ll also have access to a dedicated WhatsApp channel for ongoing communication, questions and project updates, keeping you connected to our team between meetings.

Absolutely. We work with clients across Jamaica. Where a physical site visit is required, an initial site visit fee will apply based on the property's location. This fee is then deducted from the total cost of your project once you proceed with your design commission. Once the necessary site information has been gathered, your project can be designed and managed remotely from anywhere.

Simply provide us with the property location and any relevant documentation you have available, and we’ll guide you through the rest. If someone is available to provide our team with access to the property, we can coordinate the site visit directly with them. We simply require permission to enter the property and collect the information needed to progress your design.

Your designs are shared with you digitally at each key stage of the project. You’ll have the opportunity to review the proposals, provide feedback and discuss your ideas with our team during scheduled design review meetings. This ensures you remain involved in the creative process, regardless of where you are in the world.

You’ll have ongoing access to our team throughout your project. Our dedicated business WhatsApp channel allows you to ask questions and receive updates, while your client membership portal provides a central place for project information and communication.
We also schedule a design review meeting at each stage of the project, giving us dedicated time to present the work, discuss your feedback and agree on the next steps.

Yes. You can begin your project from wherever you are. In fact, there’s no need to wait until your next visit to Jamaica to get started.
We can begin with your initial consultation, gather your project requirements and available site information, and start developing your design remotely. Where a physical site visit is required, we can coordinate this separately with you or an authorised person in Jamaica.
